Strepsils Warm Lozenges Money Back Offer – Terms and Conditions
- The Strepsils Warm Money Back Offer is only open to those 16 and over and is only applicable to purchases made in the UK and to residents of the UK on the following Strepsils products:
- Strepsils Warm Lozenges 10s
- Strepsils Warm Lozenges 16s
- Strepsils Warm Lozenges 24s
- Strepsils Warm Lozenges 36s
- The money back only applies if the consumer does not agree that Strepsils Warm Lozenges have a warming sensation.
- If you do not agree that Strepsils Warm Lozenges have a warming sensation, please provide the following details:
- Your dated receipt confirming your purchase of the Strepsils Warm Lozenges;
- Your name, address and contact telephone number;
- Your reason for dissatisfaction illustrating why you do not think Strepsils Warm Lozenges have a warming sensation in the form of a 15 word statement; and
- The unused portion of the Strepsils Warm Lozenges.
- No claims from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or photocopied claims or those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.
- To be considered valid the claim’s proof of purchase must be dated between 1st October 2011 and 31st March 2012 inclusive.
- The closing date is 31st March 2012. The Promoter will accept claims received after 31st March 2012 if the claim is postmarked before 31st March 2012. Claims postmarked after this date will not be refunded. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date.
- Only one claim is admissible per household.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
- Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Strepsils Warm Lozenges as stated on the receipt up to a maximum of that product’s Recommended Retail Price, as determined by the Promoter, plus the cost of second class postage. The refund will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
- The Money Back Offer is in addition to your normal legal rights and accordingly your statutory rights are not affected.
- These terms and conditions and any dispute arising shall be governed by English law.
- The decision by the Promoter is final in all matters relating to this Money Back Guarantee and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Personal information provided to the Promoter may be processed by agents or 3rd parties acting on its behalf to administer your cheque.
