How to Help a Sore Throat at Night

1.Take a warm shower or soothing bath before you go to bed

3. Use a heating pad for your sore throat

Whether you’re wrapping yourself in a warm flannel that you pulled out of the dryer or using a towel dipped in warm water, putting warmth on your throat can help soothe it. 4. Turn off your phone before you tuck in
