Terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents only; aged 18 years and older except employees and their families of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited, its affiliated companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Only one main entry per person, although you can be named by others as a friend who would share their prize.
3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. One winner will each receive a designer handbag / manbag to the value of £300.
6. There are no cash or alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners.
7. This prize is subject to availability and the total prize not exceeding the maximum value of a prize which can be awarded in accordance with applicable UK codes regarding the promotion of medicines (currently £1500).
8. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for any late, lost or mis-processed entries, whatever the cause.
10. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within 21 days of the closing date. The winners' names will be available on request. In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner within 28 days, it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
11. The promoter's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize draw opens at midnight of the 16/11/2009 and closes at midnight on the 28/02/2010.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this draw.
14. By entering this promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Prize details:

1. The winning prize is one designer handbag / manbag.
2. The prize winner agrees that there shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution in any promotional work undertaken by the winner.
